True Campaign Finance Reform

1. 
   You can only contribute to a candidate if you can vote for them.
2. 
   
   The Federal and each State shall have a Campaign Finance Commission.
3. 
   
   All contributions must be made through this CFR.
4. 
   
   The CFR shall enter this information into a database that shall be immediately available on the internet. Only once this has been done then the contribution shall be deposited into the campaign account.
5. 
   Only voters can provide anything including labor to a campaign.
