Political Reform


  1. No one may server more than 10 years (combined) in elected office in their lifetime.


  2. You may not run for more than one office at a time.


  3. If you hold an elected office and you wish to run for another office you must resign the current office before you can file to run for the new office.


  4. If you wish to run for an office that requires a security clearance you must first be validated for that clearance (no more granting security clearances to someone just because they were elected).

  5. The salary of each Elected/Appointed officials shall be set to the Mean of their voting area. They may not give themselves additional income.

  6. Every Law/Rule that applies to others shall apply to all Elected/Appointed officials.

  7. No one may give anything to Elected/Appointed officials (excluding family members).

  8. No one may give anything to the family members of Elected/Appointed officials that are valued at more than $50.00 twice a year (excluding family members).

  9. Elected/Appointed officials may not give themselves any perks.

  10. There shall be no pensions for Elected/Appointed officials (this shall be retroactive).

  11. Elected/Appointed officials shall pay taxes at the highest rate.

  12. The same term limits that apply to Elected/Appointed officials shall apply to staffs.

  13. Any law that restricts the rights of people must first be applied to all Elected/Appointed officials for one year, and then reauthorized before it can be applied to the people.

  14. All Elected/Appointed officials shall have their taxes audited each year and the results posted to the internet.

  15. The 10th Amendment shall be enforced.

  16. There will be No entitlements (this is retroactive).
